Mr. Jha brings over 13 years of expertise in the supply chain of hydro-mechanical components, from design and sourcing to distribution and customer support. He has facilitated the supply of over 9,000 MT of plates and pipes to more than 10 hydropower projects in Nepal. In addition, he has supplied critical equipment such as welding electrodes, EOT cranes, UT machines, and rolling machines. As Director and Business Head, Mr. Jha leads the Company’s operations with a focus on growth, quality, and strategic partnerships in the hydropower sector.

Mr. Suraj Pant is a Civil Engineer with over 13 years of experience in the hydropower sector, contributing to projects totaling more than 150 MW. His career spans roles from Site In-Charge of a 22 MW project to Hydropower Design Engineer for a 450 MW project with a reputed consultancy. Currently engaged in the construction of over 200 MW as Senior Civil Engineer, he brings extensive technical expertise to project execution. As Director and Technical Head of the Company, Mr. Pant leads with a focus on technical excellence and innovative engineering solutions.

Mr. Pramod Pandey is a Civil Engineer with over 13 years of experience in the engineering field, specializing in hydropower and construction projects. He began his career as Project Engineer for a 6 MW hydropower project, overseeing its development from the initial study phase through COD. His expertise spans project planning and review, quality control, factory inspections, and residential building construction. As Director and Operation Head of the Company, Mr. Pandey leads operations with a focus on execution excellence and project delivery.
