Supply of Steel Plates

We supply the steel plates needed for hydropower projects and industrial applications. Our plate program covers multiple specifications, grades, and finishes with reliable lead times.

Standards & grades: IS/ASTM/EN (e.g., S275/S355, A36, 516 Gr 60/70, etc.)
Thickness range typically 6–100 mm (wider/thicker on request)
Custom lengths & widths, fixed length supply available
Shot-blasted & primed / mill finish / pickled & oiled
Mill Test Certificates (MTC) & full traceability
Optional cutting, edge preparation and logistics to site

Pipe Ferrules: Supply & Fabrication

We supply as well as fabricate pipe ferrules. Flat sheet is processed through rolling machines to achieve tight diameter and roundness. Our shop can weld, machine and finish ferrules to project drawings with QA documentation.

Cold/hot rolling to diameter; seam welding (SAW/GMAW GTAW as applicable)
Common materials: CS/low-alloy/stainless per design
Guideline diameters from 300 mm up to multi-meter ferrules
Tolerances to drawing; ovality & run-out checks
NDT (UT/RT/DPT/MPT) and hydrostatic/air leak tests on request
